Pressure Sensor

High-temperature melt pressure sensor (rod/flexible hose), mainly used for pressure measurement and control of high-temperature melts, fluids, and gases under normal conditions. Widely used in petrochemicals, chemical fiber spinning machinery, nonwoven fabrics, nonwovens, plastics, rubber, extrusion equipment, and other industries. It has advantages such as high accuracy, good stability, large output signal, excellent dynamics, and strong versatility.

1. Pressure range: 0～5MPa～150MPa selectable;

2. Accuracy: ±1.0％FS;

3. Power supply: 10VDC (6～12V DC);

4. Output signal: 2.0mV/V (default), 2.5mV/V, etc.;

5. Probe temperature resistance: 400℃;

6. Temperature drift: ≤0.3MPa/100℃;

7. Electrical connection: Uses a dedicated 5-pin (XS12) connector;

8. Mechanical connection: Uses M14×1.5, also provides 1/2"-20UNF, M10×1.5, M12×1.5, M18×1.5, M22×1.5, G3/4" and other multiple thread installation sizes;

9. Corrosion and wear-resistant coating: Suitable for pressure measurement of high concentration rough media, can extend service life by 3～5 times (optional);
