Talc belongs to the monoclinic crystal system. The crystals are pseudohexagonal or rhombic in shape, typically forming dense massive, foliated, radiated, or fibrous aggregates. Talc has a hardness of 1, specific gravity of 2.65-2.75. Talc possesses excellent physical and chemical properties such as lubricity, anti-adhesion, flow aid, refractoriness, acid resistance, electrical insulation, high melting point, good coverage, softness, luster, and strong adsorption. Due to its layered crystalline structure, talc has a tendency to split into flakes and exhibits unique slipperiness.

Application scope:

1.The KARJIA series talc powder is applied to improve the processing performance of rubber, plastics, cables, and resin in molding, calendering, extrusion, and injection. It can replace 10-15% of more expensive raw materials to reduce costs and enhance their physical properties.

2. Widely used in various water-based, oil-based, resin industrial coatings, primers, protective paints, high-grade paints, coatings, plastics, cables, rubber, cosmetics, copperplate coatings, textile lubricants, rubber fillers and anti-sticking agents for rubber products, cable rubber enhancers, and cable release agents. Also used in various skin powders, beauty powders, and talcum powders. When applied in plastics, it can increase the transparency and strength of pellets. When used in papermaking, it can improve the gloss and printability of paper, especially suitable for XPS, EPS, PU, PE, NC, UV wood primers to enhance transparency and increase filler content. Talc powder can also be used in white topcoats, solid matte topcoats, or transparent colored topcoats to partially replace expensive matting agents to improve matting properties, reduce formula costs, and improve product application performance.
