The XPS foam board dedicated modular mold is suitable for producing XPS board foam with a compressive strength greater than 500 KPa.
KARJIA molds of various types have fluid patents, they have higher stability than ordinary molds, precise temperature control, uniform fluid, simple operation, stable and reliable.
• Producing XPS foam board products with thickness ranging from 20mm to 200mm and width ranging from 450mm to 1200mm

• Customized dedicated streamlined flow channel, allowing for continuous unobstructed flow;

• Special micro-adjustment screws for quick adjustment of the elastic die lip gap, achieving rapid adjustment and optimization of product thickness uniformity across the width;

• Die lips use heat oil circulation for temperature control, and the die body can be heated by either heat oil circulation or electric heating with zoned control; the die body is equipped with a water cooling system;

• Equipped with edge trimming devices on both sides of the die lips to reduce rounded edges at the sides;

• Modular die body design, ensuring uniform foaming, stable production, simple structure, easy disassembly and cleaning; lower maintenance costs, requiring only replacement of the slot die mouth.

 

Lip of the die is ultra-hard treated, not easy to tear, and the plate is flat; die cavity is polished, electrocast alloy, wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant;

die body has multiple oil channels, temperature control is more precise, production is more stable; stepped die cavity, pressure changes are more uniform; modular sectional structure, adjustment is more precise.
